24x18 oil on masonite panel

This is one of the first paintings I've done where I thought it came out much as I had hoped it would. I think it's my best work. Of course, putting 100 hours into it helped (sigh!).

Going to the Champlain Valley Fair in Essex Jct, VT on Aug 18th for their art show along with the drawing 'Outlook on the Line' and an older small painting 'Winter Night Lights'.
